Bluebird Old Fashioned Cocktail

The classic Old Fashioned and beloved cocktail. We take our Four Grain Bourbon, add a touch of cane sugar, house bitters and steep with orange peels. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon and orange peel. Shhhh…. that last part is our house secret.

UP-FRONT: TOBACCO, TOFFEE, ORANGE ZEST
MID-PALATE: CARAMEL, SWEETNESS, BAKING SPICE
FINISH: VELVETY ORANGE, VANILLA, SPICE
