Dry Land Cactus Spirit

Dry Land Distillers Cactus Spirit is distilled from native prickly pear cactus using a process similar to mezcal. This spirit touts sustainability having won 2023 Good Food Awards for its process and original ingredients. We source our cactus from farms that typically raise the prickly pear for fruit and young new growth nopales for restaurants. Because they have to routinely prune the cactus, we are supporting growers by purchasing cactus that would typically be discarded.
