If you haven’t already guessed, we’re a little obsessed with Denver. After distilling our bourbon in the heart of downtown Denver with Colorado corn, rye, and Midwest barley, we let her age to perfection. After tasting multiple barrels, we chose the best of the best, and cut it with Rocky Mountain water down to 105.6 proof. This proof is our “Mile High Proof,” as this equates to 52.80% alcohol. Clever, isn’t it?
