Tamworth Siege of Wolves Rum

To commemorate the 1869 Siege of Wolves, which happened right here in Tamworth, we created White Mountain Spiced Rum of our own, complete with locally foraged spices— and generous amounts of folklore. We infuse a 3-5 year old blended Caribbean Rum with roasted chicory and oolong tea for an improved mouthfeel and body, and mixed in spices including bitter almond, sweet birch, and star anise. Let us drink to the Great Siege of Wolves of 1830!
