Our Cocktail combination features an unaged three mark blend from the Hampden Distillery, and our Heart of Gold,

Wisdom of age includes a blend of LROK (80%), C<>H (10%), and DOK (10%) marks. This rum is bottled at 58.5% ABV.

Heart of Gold is a blend of Barbados and Jamaican rums, and to make sure the rum stood up in strong cocktails, Rolling Fork proofed Rolling Fork Heart of Gold to 101 proof.
